This is a role where your analysis and recommendations will have a real impact: from reducing supply chain costs, through improving forecasts, to making sure our plant reaches its financial targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support factory operations and product line performance Link financial outcomes to operational drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actionsPlanning & Reporting
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial reports Ensure accurate accruals and robust financial planning process Prepare monthly financial performance reports for management and the board, including HFM submissions.Performance Monitoring
Analyze monthly results and monitor key financial metrics such as product and customer margins, production and distribution costs, inventory levels, and cash flow drivers Identify margin outliers and recommend corrective actions where neededCost Management & Productivity
Track supplier and raw material price variances, as well as production variances. Propose and monitor cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives, ensuring benefit realizationStrategic Support
Contribute to strategic planning and investment decisions, including business cases for production line expansion and CAPEX investments Support pricing decisions and pricing strategy adjustments in collaboration with commercialCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial to ensure sustainable financial and operational outcomes. What We're Looking ForIdeally, you bring:
Min 5 years of experience in finance or controlling (preferably in manufacturing/production environment) A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach High proficiency in English (both spoken and written) Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights Motivation, eagerness to learn, and openness to challenges Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders in matrix organizations Strong cross-cultural communication skillsNice to have:
