CBRE is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Facilities Manager to join our team and take the lead on the delivery and operations of 360 Queen Street, an ultra-premium, climate-active, carbon-neutral commercial tower in Brisbane’s CBD. This is a key role working on behalf of our prestigious client, Charter Hall, as part of a landmark project set to raise the bar for workplace experience in Australia.

**_Your Opportunity at 360 Queen Street_**
This is your chance to be part of something big – the operational launch and ongoing management of a flagship asset in the heart of Brisbane. You’ll take the lead in ensuring that 360 Queen Street is not only delivered to the highest standard, but sets a new benchmark in facilities management.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Drive the successful transition from development to full operational readiness
+ Manage all aspects of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and post-DLP requirements
+ Oversee integrated tenant fit-outs and ensure a smooth onboarding process
+ Provide leadership across ESG, WHS, procurement, and asset technology
+ Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
**About you**
+ A senior FM with experience across the development/commissioning of an asset and managing Defect Liability stages
+ Experienced in working within premium commercial assets
+ Able to work autonomously whilst managing one other - build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
+ Experience in contractor management in the commercial environment
+ Experience managing top tier tenants in a premium office tower
