**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Manager, you will lead many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff. Be responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department Key Performance Indicators.
+ Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
+ Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
+ Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects.
+ Responsible for OpEx and CapEx budgets, forecasting and variance reports.
+ Perform facility inspections while following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
+ Build environmental health and safety procedures and programs.
+ Develop vendor relationships and supervise invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labor.
+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to embrace RISE values.
+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
+ Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
+ Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
**What You'll Need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ Strong communication skills; able to present and influence effectively with top management and key employees.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is important.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

**Pay Disclaimer – Bonus Eligible:**
+ CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Facilities Manager position is $145 ,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $169 ,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
