Senior Facilities Manager - Administrative Financial Environments

JLL is seeking an exceptional Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of prestigious financial client sites across California. This isn't just any facilities management role – it's an opportunity to shape the environments where high-end wealth management happens.

Start your morning with a virtual team huddle, aligning your squad of facilities professionals for the day ahead.Jet off to one of your client sites, where you'll walk the floors of a cutting-edge financial hub, ensuring every detail meets the exacting standards of our discerning clientele.Engage in strategic discussions with C-suite executives, translating their vision into tangible facility improvements.Analyze complex financial data, uncovering insights that drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on luxury.Mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in facilities management.Conclude your day by fine-tuning tomorrow's game plan, always staying one step ahead in this dynamic environment.

Who Should Apply:

Required:

7+ years of experience in facilities management, specifically managing administrative buildingsProven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse teamStrong financial acumen, including budget management and forecastingExcellent communication skills, adept at interacting with high-net-worth individuals and executives

Preferred:

Experience in the financial or luxury hospitality sectorsA bachelors degreePMP or CFM certificationKnowledge of smart building technologies and sustainability practices

This role is perfect for a facilities management maverick who thrives in high-stakes environments and isn't afraid to redefine industry standards. You'll be the maestro of million-dollar spaces, the confidant of financial titans, and the visionary behind environments where wealth flourishes.

Pay $125,000-145,000 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift, with on-call required 24/7 for emergency response.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

125,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
