Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Coordinator will lead and execute a variety of facilities management services across multiple locations for a national client. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and customer service skills, a deep understanding of building operations, and hands-on experience with kitchen equipment and appliances.
The Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring that all services align with the policies and values of Eurest. While based locally, this position will support various sites nationally and requires approximately 30% travel to field locations to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support facility goals and objectives across multiple sites.
+ Inspect and evaluate facility conditions; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
+ Utilize IBM Maximo for work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking.
+ Resolve outstanding ticket requests promptly.
+ Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
+ Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions.
+ Manage site amenity programs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
+ Coordinate vendor and building management services.
+ Oversee specialty services and manage vendor contracts.
+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multi-site or client-facing environment.
+ Proficient in IBM Maximo or similar CMMS platforms.
+ Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliance maintenance.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) and be available after hours or in emergencies.
