Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for global NCC management, coordinating reporting and actions to reduce Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) across regions and business areas/lines.Together with the NCC team, you set targets with Siemens Healthineers units, monitor progress, and proactively support target achievement.You lead a virtual, multicultural, and globally networked Siemens Healthineers NCC community and contribute to improving financial reporting and reducing NCCs.A key part of your role will be the independent delivery of workshops to drive improvement initiatives, particularly through the application of core Healthineers Performance System methodologies.You independently develop a comprehensive training concept for NCC management to best prepare the community for challenges and to strengthen their skills in a targeted manner.You have overall responsibility for the annual NCC conference, from planning and programme design to successful implementation.You proactively identify and implement improvement projects in the global quality organisation, NCC and product quality.

Your qualifications and experience:  

You have a degree in engineering, business, or a similar discipline.You have many years of experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects.You have a sound theoretical and practical knowledge of business management, controlling, product quality and non-conformance cost (NCC) management.You have extensive experience of working in an international and multicultural environment.


Your attributes and skills:

You can analyse complex structures and issues and to work systematically and in a structured manner.With your excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, you can conduct training courses and workshops effectively and consult with international colleagues.You are willing to travel worldwide, with a maximum of 20% travel.Your working style is structured and goal-oriented, especially in international teams.You are motivated to continuously improve processes and are open to change.
