Embrace the strength of diversity. ** ** **You Bring  ** + You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Food technology, (Bio)-Chemical Engineering, Process engineering, or a related field. + 10-15 years of experience in downstream bioprocessing, with focus on technical transfer, and working with production teams to bring products from lab-scale to industrial-scale production. + Strong knowledge of food ingredient processing technologies, including methods for scaling up production and hands-on experience with laboratory-scale experimentation, formulation development, and process optimization. + Proficiency in using data analysis and simulation tools (e.g., Excel, Statistical Process Control software, ERP systems, etc.). + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges, Analyze data from lab experiments and production trials, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/ shifting timelines simultaneously. Adaptability to changing environments and priorities, especially when scaling up from laboratory to industrial scale. + Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as this role often requires close collaboration with diverse teams across the organization and external partners. + Given the international nature of the work, willingness for frequent travel to production site(s) with English proficiency as crucial and French is an advantage.   **The application process ** Interested in this position?
