· You should have a formal design training background (It can be in any field but should preferably be in Design/Architecture) 

· You have a proper UX case study to showcase. (Not just final visuals/screens) 

· You have top notch soft and leadership skills. 

· You are great at collaborating and communicating your ideas to other cross functional teams. 

· You are fluent in design thinking, understanding various research ,UX methodologies and are able to guide your team by sharing your knowledge. Growth for you also means the team’s growth. 

· You can show that you are also data and metric driven and measure your designs on certain success criteria. 

· Last but not the least, its needless to say that you love brain racking problems!
