Key Responsibilities:\nSupport the Transport Manager for timely execution of planned operational activities.\nEnsure timely and accurate MIS reports to all concerned.\nFollow up on exceptions with managers and adhere to ICE timelines for raising queries.\nCommunicate professionally with all internal and external colleagues.\nPlan and execute routing operational tasks efficiently to minimize operational spending.\nCoordinate with FB staff for timely vendor payments and address any gaps in the payment process.\nInform all relevant parties of unresolved issues.\nFormulate weekly and periodic reports for internal and external reviews.\nProvide audit support and act as the Point of Contact (POC).\nEnsure adherence to Transport Management Terms by all service providers.\nAchieve project rollouts as defined by customer contracts and KPIs.\nParticipate in project management and delivery.\nContribute to team member satisfaction as measured by annual surveys.\nAchieve agreed cost-down targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs).\nSkills and Competencies:\nUnderstanding of transportation industry dynamics and transport operations.\nAbility to analyze transportation, freight audit/payments, and carrier database data.\nStrong communication skills for clear idea presentation to cross-functional teams.\n\n

3–5 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
