Job Summary

To support and drive core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The Senior Executive – HR acts as a key link between employees and management, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. To assist and help, support managing HR operations (end to end) for the region across service line.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Work with regional HR Manager to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates. Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure timely feedback collection and communication with all stakeholders. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, create positive candidate experience. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Generate reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate. End to end employee life cycle management – On Boarding, Employee creation in HRMS tool, Confirmation and Exit management.  Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support in goal setting, mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes. Ensure statutory compliance as per the legal requirement - PF, ESI, Annual Returns and Licences renewals. Maintain and provide necessary MIS and records. Participate and coordinate for any HR initiative undertaken by the Regional HR/Manager/organisation. Coordinate and support for compliance requirements as need by the business. Assist regional HR for payroll requirements for data collation and preparation of inputs. Employee engagement initiatives to increase employee positive experience, productivity, and retention rates. Ensure timely response and resolution of employee queries on HR operations and related activities

Qualification and Experience

Graduate in any discipline with MBA in HR (preferably) with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience   in HR in any industry. Should have the experience of HR processes such recruitment and operations. Knowledge of HRIS will be preferred Female candiadate

Skills & Qualities

Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods & channels Proficiency in using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and networking to source candidates Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
