Overview Main focus would be gathering and analyzing data generated from various sources – organic social, paid media, and business KPIs to name a few – to draw out actionable insights. He/She will communicate these insights to internal and external stakeholders and work with the team to drive strategic recommendations and optimizations of brand campaigns and always-on social content. Responsibilities Technical & Product - Track social content performance on different channels and formulate reports according to client needs - Flag consumer complaints or mentions to client / escalate through aligned route - Monitor & summarize social media activity of client competitors - Serving as client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement - Evaluate online data opportunities in the form of new sources, new technology, client priorities, partnerships..etc - Foster creative thinking on how we use data in solving unique business challenges Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency - Foster positive relationships with wider team - Strong client communication skills - Deliver work that demonstrates attention to detail - Propose fresh ideas for social content based on trending styles or approaches - Seeks feedback from others to develop strengths Innovative & Analytical Mindset - Can proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration - Can communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - Able to build relationships quickly with others and engage personally with peers and clients - Identifies and troubleshoots issues in an efficient and timely manner People & Leadership -Seeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area. -Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration. -Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner. -Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment. -Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view. -Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients. -Treats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from own. -Able to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolution. -Drives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders. Qualifications - 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role in an advertising agency or consulting company - Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing business or related field is ideal - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English - An understanding of the online advertising and martech landscape - Previous experience in working with B2B client is a plus - Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Emplifi…etc - Experience using social listening tools such as Talk Walker, Brandwatch, Meltwater…etc • Skilled user of MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and ongoing trends Additional information R-2777 P-3141
