JD for the Sr Compliance Executive
**Job Summary:**
The Senior Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies and experience in internal process audit related to labor laws primarily and with other aspects connected with real estate and facilities management. This role involves implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate and facilities management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Vendor labor compliance audit experience.
+ Experience in Internal Process Audit related to real estate and facilities management.
+ Support developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
+ Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
+ Monitor and report on compliance activities within the organization.
+ Provide training and familiarization to employees on compliance-related matters.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
+ Prepare compliance reports for submission to regulatory bodies as required.
+ Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
+ Advise senior management on compliance-related matters and recommend improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
+ 3 to 6 years of experience in a compliance role.
+ Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
Four-year degree with a preference in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance or related field, or a minimum of two years professional level compliance experience.

**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize accounting data. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. May develop, recommend, and implement improvements in department efficiencies, process, procedure, and/or policy. Resolves escalated questions and problems within the department. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Able to handle multiple projects, deadlines and assignment successfully. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
