Join us at MSL Middle East, and contribute to writing the next chapter of communications excellence in the region. **Overview** As a PR manager, the candidate will be required to work collaboratively with client servicing teams in developing and putting together presentations, think on their feet on client’s business, pitch stories to / and managed relationships with media , KOL’s and influencers. Have an analytical bent of mind to reporting and showcase performance. This candidate will be required to be a confident communicator, presenter, having excellent organization and planning skills, proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with attention to details. **Main Tasks** **Technical & Product** In addition to the responsibilities outlined above. The candidate will be required to have • Develop presentation, unpinned with a creative mindset • Have a full understanding of workings of the media and foster relationship with stakeholders including, media, KOL’s and influencers • Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms • Write Content and where applicable working with extended teams in briefing and reviewing content development, including but not limited to press releases, thought-leadership, blogs, features, briefing documents etc. • Monitor and reporting on media, KOL and influencer coverage and other social and business trends that might have a bearing on the client’s business. • Facilitate and organizer, all stakeholder and client interactions, including but not limited to interviews, press conferences, media roundtables etc. **Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency** • Ensure quality output to exceed client expectation in planning, content, and outreach. • Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to details. • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to managing client’s business and interacting with direct reports. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with little or no supervision. **Innovative & Analytical Mindset** • Creative and innovative in approach to client management, media relations and dealing with KOL’s and Influencers. • Have an analytical bend of mind in reporting performance and client coverage. **People & Leadership** + Seeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area. + Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration. + Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner. + Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment. + Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view. + Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients. + Treats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from own. + Able to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolution. + Drives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders. **Self** + Is able to take ownership for actions and deals with consequences in a mature manner. + Able to adjust performance based on experiences and feedback and showcases agility and flexibility. + Displays openness to the ideas of others and leverages them when beneficial for the business. + Showcases curiosity and open mindset towards new ways of doing things. + Is able to set high impact objectives and goes above and beyond to exceed performance. + Demonstrates the Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth. + Capable of constructively challenging the status-quo and takes risks to challenge internal and external perspectives. + Approaches situations and individuals with honesty, integrity and humbleness. + Displays resilience and maintains drives and a positive outlook when faced with challenges. **Qualifications** • Experienced (4-5years) professional having worked on the agency and/ or on the client side having worked with Corporate / Lifestyle brands. • The candidate needs to have excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills in English and Arabic, including • Detailed oriented workstyle, with good time management and organizational skills. **Additional information** R-0000P-0000
