Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, poised, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team in New York City, near Trinity Church in Lower Manhattan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will operate at the intersection of technology, leadership, and execution—optimizing the CEO’s time and supporting the advancement of the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings a calm demeanor, strong executive presence, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is an in-person role; candidates must reside in New York City and be available to work onsite at our Lower Manhattan office daily.
