A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Supply Chain Administration to join our team in Rolls-Royce Solutions Indonesia. This role plays a critical function in managing demand and supply alignment, supporting business continuity, and maintaining robust inventory and logistics performance.
As a Senior Executive – Supply Chain Administration, you will support the execution of strategies to minimize inventory holding costs while ensuring optimal customer service levels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Service Operations, Finance, and other Order Management functions to maintain accurate demand forecasts and efficient supply planning.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities
Execute integrated demand and supply planning strategies to meet customer service levels, cost targets, and inventory objectives.Analyze sales forecasts and market trends in collaboration with Sales, Service Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.Disseminate Demand and Supply Planning & Control Reports, once confirmed by the Order Management Manager and relevant Sales Managers, to all internal stakeholders.Issue purchase orders to suppliers (including inter-company transactions) for spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment.Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and year-to-date performance reports to management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and critical issues.Monitor and improve demand and supply key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:Service LevelInventory Stock LevelOrder Review RateStock Out Rate (target: ≤10% of total order value)Forecast AccuracyInventory Days of SupplyScrap Rate (target: ≤5%)Logistics CostOn-time and Accurate ReportingIdentify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities related to demand and supply planning.Monitor compliance with all company policies, ISO standards, Quality Management Systems, and local laws and regulations.Foster strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment on process improvement and customer-centric strategy execution.Participate in ad hoc assignments and strategic projects as directed by the Order Management Manager or leadership team.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, or order administration, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is an advantage.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large datasets and derive insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.Knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations and compliance practices is preferred.Why Join US?
