You will manage MOH and SGH initiated Value Driven Care (VDC) conditions and coordinate value-based initiatives. Your job duties include:

Literature review of VDC conditions, indicators and international benchmarks Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures Data extraction and analyse VDC conditions Conduct case review for cases which do not meet indicators and identify areas for improvement Develop and revise electronic Clinical Pathways (CCP) Analyse patient reported outcome measures (PROM) Identify and run hospital wide publicity programmes to promote awareness and adoption of practice of value based healthcare Assist to automate the process of extracting, processing data and data validation Provide secretariat support for meetings Participate in quality improvement projects.

 

Requirements

Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ related disciplines in healthcare, preferably with healthcare work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel Knowledge in the use of statistical and data analytic software will be an advantage Experience in medical informatics and informatics-related project management preferred
