In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the Manager for compensation and benefits administration of the company which includes monthly payroll processing, increments, bonuses, annual leave, etc. Manage Excess Claims for Insurance. To keep up-to-date employee data in Oracle HCM, work closely, and coordinate with Global HRIS and third-party vendors on payroll and leave interface. Maintenance and update of Time Management System including employee setup and interface monitoring (from time clock and HCM). To liaise with the vendor for any issue resolution or additional setup. Assist HOD and Supervisors in attendance amendments, shift correction, and overtime hours correction requests related to the time management system. Ensure all statutory payroll requirements are adhered to. Maintain Employee HR Betsy and CVDH system. Assist in the salary and benefits survey data analysis for the annual pay proposal. Assist with Internal & External Audits as required including audit documentation preparation. Leave Management including Annual Leave entitlement, processing Credit Leave requests for Public Holiday and non-public Holiday replacement.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field. Hands-on experience in compensation & benefits, information system functions, and HRIS Systems. Good Knowledge of Local statutory acts. Excellent in Data Analysis using Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
