POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Executive – Digital Melco Club will support the development, execution, and optimization of our resort’s loyalty program across online and offline channels. This role will assist in driving member acquisition, enhancing retention, and helping to maximize lifetime value by implementing innovative incentives and engagement strategies as directed to ensure the program delivers exceptional member experiences and measurable business growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in design, implement, and refine data-driven recruitment/retention campaigns, incentive structures, and engagement initiatives.Support the development and execution of Digital Melco Club loyalty strategy, including program design, benefits structure and member engagement initiatives.Assist in designing tiered rewards, personalized offers, and loyalty incentives to boost engagement, satisfaction, and repeat visits.Support end-to-end campaign execution - from concept and creative development to track, performance analysis, and optimization.Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Property Teams to ensure program alignment and seamless delivery.Prepare reports on member data, market trends research, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and enhance program relevance.Undertake other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Two or more solid years of experience in related area.Experience with copy-writing and creating content design.Related experience in loyalty programme and partnership would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Good analytical skill in resolving problem, multi-tasking and have a creative thinking.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.Confidence and professionalism when dealing with people on all levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.Strong on team work with proactive and collaborative manner.Flexible in working hours.Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.Good written and verbal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
