Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes and guidelines. Each day, you will support more complex technical support cases. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Marine and Ports Service in Spain and Portugal. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupport the Customer activities both onsite and remote•\tParticipate in commissioning and service activities in different projects•\tManage service agreements with our key customer both in Spain and Portugal•\tIdentifying opportunities (while supporting customers) to address any additional concerns and reporting those opportunities to the account team through local business processes.•\tCategorizing technical issues and analyzing them through communication with customers and remote connections to assets for a large range of services and products for which they are certified to perform.•\tPreparing all documents and customer reports to be acknowledged by the customer representative.•\tRecognizing improvement needs in the ways of working and potential solutions for them and the products in question and driving improvement actions in their own area of responsibility.You will join a multidisciplinary team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou enjoy working with customers and support them and your team to solve problems in daily activities.\tAbility to demonstrate your knowledge in Azipod, rotating machines and frequency converters with at least five years of experience.\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of technical support, problem solving and customer focus.\tDegree in Electrical. Mechanical or similar engineering\tYou are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a plus.\tYou hold current valid car driving license and valid Spanish work permit.
