About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Execution Consultant in Card Merchant Services and Personal Loans
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Analytical tools such as SAS, R, SQL, or other data management reporting and query toolsKnowledge and understanding of TableauExperience creating ad hoc and re-occurring reporting for business purposesAbility to tell a story with data to non-technical audiences, identify and solve business problems, and act as a strategic analytical partnerExperience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reportingFinancial Service Industry experienceDemonstrated abilities to support driving results through actionable and insightful analyticsAnalytical query experience and ability to write moderately complex analytical queriesExtensive understanding and proven experience in research, analysis and/or data visualization.Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoringExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong presentation skills Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Analytic support for Credit Card account statements, plastic issuance and pricing strategies for various credit card portfoliosPerform non-monetary transaction analytics for strategic credit card business initiativesProvide leadership in the identification and development of new research concepts and designsEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedProvide updates on project logs, monthly newsletters, and operations reviewsMentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractorsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
