This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity.

The client operates multiple hubs across the U.S., so flexibility with different time zones is important.

We cannot consider candidates who require visa sponsorship or C2C arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of IT experience and technical proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server and a proven ability to engage with enterprise customers effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a passion for technology innovation. Candidates should have a solid understanding of on-premises/hybrid/Exchange Online infrastructures and PowerShell/Scripting, . A proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing Exchange environments, along with a solid understanding of Active Directory, is essential. The ability to adapt to change, handle critical issues, and work both independently and as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.

Customer Engagement:

Experience with enterprise customers.Face-to-face engagement skills.Strong written, oral, and presentation capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in on-premises/hybrid/Exchange Online infrastructures.Proficient in PowerShell/Scripting and Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture.Deep knowledge of Exchange server architecture (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) and online services.

Problem-Solving:

Strong troubleshooting skills in Exchange server environments.Ability to handle critical customer issues effectively.

Innovation and Adaptability:

Passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation.Ability to adapt to change and balance business and technical aspects.

Teamwork and Independence:

Self-reliant and strong team player.Experience in fast-paced environments with changing requirements.

Technical Management:

Experience in architecture design, deployment, technology management, and optimizations.Understanding of SMTP, Failover Clustering, and Active Directory (2008/2016).

The base salary range for this position  is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that  align with individual and company performance.

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
