Job Title: Senior Exchange Engineer
Location: Remote
We need individuals that:
Have deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialtyYou will also need to examine possible workarounds and escalations.Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing our image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery.Enjoy teamwork, and contribute to their peer group and our customer account teams.Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.Support the existing Exchange on prem infrastructure, potentially migration support (to next on prem version)Upskilling of the customerLead the support for Exchange Online (80%) and on-premises Exchange/ADFS (20%), including critical upgrades and security patching, while proactively addressing mail flow issues to maintain operational excellence.Identify and implement opportunities to optimize cloud infrastructure, resulting in improved security postures and reduced on-premises footprint.Must Have Skills
Experience with Enterprise customers5+ years of project experienceDesigning and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environmentsExperience in Entra ID and Entra ConnectDeep understanding in Exchange server and hybrid architecture 2016\2019Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environmentsDesigning & implementing services of MS Exchange serverExperience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendationsExperience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizationsDeep understanding in SMTPDeep understanding in Active Directory architectureStrong technical skills in Exchange Online administration and governance– Prefer candidate live close to location for site visits PersonnelThe base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
