In this role, you'll take the lead in coordinating regional and national trade shows that showcase BEHR’s Pro brand and drive significant business results. From coordinating logistics and promotional giveaways to managing budgets and analyzing performance, you’ll ensure every detail operates efficiently. Additionally, you will develop creative approaches that convert event buzz into genuine sales momentum. You will also work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure every event delivers a consistent message and a standout experience.
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on trade show experience. You flourish in unexpected settings: adeptly overcoming challenges and applying creative problem-solving to achieve successful event execution.Experienced in navigating the world of B2B event marketing and proficient in steering projects with confidence and clarity.You thrive in fast-paced environments, effortlessly balancing multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on the details.You connect with impact: whether it’s crafting compelling letters, validating invoices, or collaborating across teams.Familiar with using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP - or you’re eager to learn and grow into them.Understand the basics of finance and can confidently track budgets and forecast expenses.Flexibility: Available for weekends, holiday shifts, business trips, and available to travel up to 30%.A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a Bachelor's degree is a strong plus.Here’s what we offer you:
