As Senior Event Manager reporting to the Head of Events, you'll be the driving force behind seamless event execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that exceed expectations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams, translate event vision into engaging experiences, and deliver flawless operational execution. Key job responsibilities
* Lead comprehensive event planning through execution. Own end-to-end program management for assigned events.
* Contribute to the identification of program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Facilitate recurring planning meetings with the events team, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Drive comprehensive project timeline, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of deliverables.
* Develop and manage event budgets with P&L responsibility.
* Create scalable processes and best practices for event delivery.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment.
* Deliver plans, updates, and results to leadership.
* Implement risk management and contingency plans.
* Lead post-event analysis through a comprehensive debrief process.
* Mentor workstream leads and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
* Travel up to 20% of the time.

A day in the life
You will lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute complex, high-profile events; analyze data to inform strategy; and, communicate results to senior leadership. You'll balance planning with tactical execution while maintaining focus on customer experience and business outcomes.
