Job DescriptionKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management & Execution
Develop and execute event concepts and plans under Senior Event Manager's directionManage onsite events including: opening ceremonies, press conferences, conferences and seminars, visitor programs, roadshows, webinars; business matching eventMonitor and maintain event timelines and schedulesCoordinate event report generation with team membersMarket Research & Content Development
Conduct market research to identify trends and market movementsEngage with buyers to gather market insightsDevelop visitor and buyer communities through various programs and content initiativesStakeholder Management
Manage partnerships with: Industry government bodies, Associations OrganizationsCoordinate press and media communications through agenciesFacilitate onsite interviews with key stakeholders: Exhibitors, Sponsors, PartnersCollaborate with Event and Marketing teamsData Management
Work with Central Data Team to:Manage buyer dataAnalyze audience informationDevelop targeted audience databasesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management or equivalent field
Experience: 3-4 years in B2B event management with a proven track record in medium-scale event execution; Preferred background in Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial Events
Skills: Presentation Skills, Technical Skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Bilingual proficiency: English, Vietnamese
Core Competencies: Project Management; Strong organizational abilities; Multi-tasking capabilities
