We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior ESG Index Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Product of HSIL, the job holder is accountable for the development of the ESG index portfolio ensuring the right products are delivered with high quality and service stabilityReview and revise index methodology for the best value of the ESG indexesMonitor and report on the performance of the ESG index, and identify opportunities for product improvement and client growthMaintain existing Index shelf, conduct regular review (and termination) exerciseConduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to generate product ideas and drive ESG index businessesMonitor ESG industry and regulatory bodies for key changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsWork closely with ESG data providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to develop and maintain ESG index/data productsProvide subject matter expertise on ESG indexes and provide necessary support to facilitate client’s product launch and maintenance
