Senior Escalations Representative
We’re seeking detail-oriented and empathetic professionals to join our Complaints & Escalations Team. In this role, you’ll handle escalated customer complaints related to credit cards, checking accounts, and business services. You’ll be responsible for managing cases from intake to resolution, ensuring each customer concern is addressed thoroughly and professionally. What You’ll Do + Take ownership of escalated complaints and manage them through resolution. + Communicate directly with customers to understand and resolve their concerns. + Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and coordinate solutions. + Document all actions and decisions in a web-based case management system. + Review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory issues and classify risks appropriately. + Respond independently to high-level escalations and ensure compliance with internal standards. What We’re Looking For + Experience in complaint handling, escalation resolution, and banking customer service. + Strong verbal communication skills, especially in de-escalating sensitive situations. + Excellent written communication for email correspondence and documentation. + Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously (typically 5–10 active cases). + Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools in a remote work environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills + Familiarity with financial services or banking environments. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic remote work setup issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
