Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation PM in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee an end-to-end ERP transformation program focused on Finance (e.g., GL, AP/AR, FP&A), HR (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent), and Procurement systems * Support defined program scope, governance structures, and execution plans in collaboration with business and IT leadership * Direct internal and external project teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, and vendor partners * Manage large-scale budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams * Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, ensuring goals, expectations, and risks are well-communicated and proactively managed * Oversee suppliers and resources leading process redesign and change management efforts in support system adoption and operational improvement * Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support * Ensure data integrity and seamless migration from legacy platforms * Report program health, KPIs, and key milestones to executive steering committees and senior leadership
