Postion Purpose
The Senior Enterprise Strategy Manager leads the company strategic planning efforts, partnering with executive leadership to define and advance long-term business priorities. As a Senior Enterprise Strategy Manager, you will drive opportunity assessments, market analysis, and integration of strategy with financial and operational plans. This position also supports mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise initiatives that accelerate growth and transformation. Positioned within the corporate strategy function, the Senior Enterprise Strategy Manager plays a critical role in shaping the company’s future direction and value creation.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Lead the company’s strategic management process, including coordination of strategic planning meetings and development of board and internal presentations.Partner with executive leadership to refresh and evolve the company’s strategic vision.Assess growth portfolio opportunities and define strategic and tactical steps to accelerate shareholder value.Integrate strategic planning with 3–5-year financial plans and annual operating plans in collaboration with finance.Market and Opportunity Analysis
Collaborate with consumer insights team to develop consumer, competitive, and industry landscape analyses for board and executive review.Identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic priorities.Support opportunity evaluation and business case development for new initiatives, including detailed operational and financial analysis.Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Initiatives
Support all M&A activity (acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures, equity investments), including due diligence and negotiation processes.Partner with the transformation office to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and change efforts.Help develop strategic KPIs and metrics in collaboration with finance and the transformation office to track strategic and financial progress.Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related disciplines equivalent work experience; MBA highly preferred.8-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or corporate development.5-7 years experience coordinating and leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic outcomes required. Industry experience in retail, planning, or finance preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including experience building and assessing financial models to support strategic decision-making (i.e., experience evaluating business cases and assessing financial impact).Demonstrated skill in influencing and driving outcomes across a complex, matrixed environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Working Conditions

Salary Pay Range: $123,800.00 -$181,667.00Wellbeing
