KBR is seeking a Senior Enterprise Analysis Lead with in-depth knowledge of satellite relevancy to Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community unique missions to be part of our team supporting our customer in Chantilly, VA that delivers mission-critical capabilities directly supporting intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems.  We lead architectural assessments and report recommendations to senior US Government personnel guiding enterprise-wide analyses impacting acquisition needs for the next 10-20 years.  These systems deliver collected data distributed to US Government Intelligence Community and Military users.

The Senior Enterprise Analysis Lead serves as a technical advisor to support the Government performing analysis on complex space systems needs for the intelligence and DoD communities.  The leadership team embraces innovation in a relentless effort to meet intelligence needs and shorten the timelines to provide actionable critical information to US Government decision-makers.  This is a position of trust advising the US Government and supporting critical missions focused on Mission Integration and Warfighter Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support mission analysis assessments and studies with external partners and in partnership with Directorates and Program OfficesCoordinate assessments of architecture impacts, architecture trades, and architecture performance assessments with the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, Chief Architect, and Government Analysis Portfolio LeadManage development, test, and validation of systems assessment methodologies and tools such as AFSIM, STK, SOAP, MATLAB, and potentially organically developed softwareAnalysis of space systems, performance metrics, timelines, and modelsIdentify and document issues impacting both spacecraft and ground systems through objective analysis and processesSupport orbital analysis, including threats assessments/impacts, trades, and analysesCommunicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesInterface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups to drive resolution plans and strategies for complex technical challengesGenerate and maintain technical documentation and reports

Clearance: TS/SCI with PolyEducation: STEM Bachelor's degreeMinimum Years of Experience: 10+ years of space related IC or DoD experienceKnowledge of satellite relevancy to Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community unique missionsExperience in software development with object-oriented design, version control practices, and agile tools and processes
