As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will serve as the top technical authority at a FAA Repair Station, leading an engineering team in support of complex aerospace electronic repairs. You will play a vital role in shop floor performance, special investigations, and continuous improvement — ensuring that the technical integrity of our electronic repair processes meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. **What You Will Do** + Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Operational Support Engineers and Test Support Engineers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence. + Act as the engineering focal point for the site, with authority over process decisions, rework instructions, and high-level troubleshooting. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
