About This Role:
We’re looking for a B2B Senior Engineering Manager to join our Customer Communities Team reporting to the Head of Engineering for Gainsight. This role is a remote role based in Europe.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in leading multiple development teams working on Gainsight’s market-leading Community SaaS platform. You will focus on improving development processes, helping new teams grow, boosting efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of deployed code. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in technically complex and scalable systems environment, and enjoys working cross-functionally.The ideal candidate will spend 40–60% of their time on technical guidance — participating in detailed refinements, product & design discussions, and code reviews — while also mentoring teams and driving operational improvements.
The starting base salary for this role is 20,000PLN to 25000PLN.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coach multiple engineering teams.
Facilitate detailed technical discussions and ensure high-quality delivery.
Partner with Product and Design to align on goals and execution.
Improve processes for efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Drive a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:
7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering management.
Proven experience guiding technical discussions and improving team processes.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience with SaaS products and cloud environments.
