The Ford Credit Tech team in India is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager who is skilled in software engineering practices. The software engineering manager will lead a team of software engineers based out of our Chennai/ Bangalore offices and engage with our vendor partners, to technically lead and deliver products to enrich digital experience of our commercial customers. 

The software engineering manager will collaborate directly and continuously with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Product Owners and Product Teams in US and Europe regions to build, validate, and release software products early and often in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
