Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management System Development & Optimization
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve a quality management system aligned with department development and company quality management approaches.
Lead the formulation of quality earlier engagement along the whole engineering processes, ensuring engineering outputs (solutions, drawings, BOMs, technical documentation) meet regulatory, safety, and customer requirements.

2. Engineering Process Quality Control
Oversee solution/design review, verification, and validation processes; identify potential quality risks (e.g., structural integrity, electrical safety…) and drive for the improvement.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures for design changes, ensuring traceability and compliance.

3. Quality Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Utilize tools such as PDCA, FMEA, and 8D to analyze engineering-related quality issues (e.g., FPY, FB) and lead root-cause corrective actions.
Collaborate with other teams to execute quality improvement projects e.g., reducing design defects, enhancing standardization and quantify outcomes.

4. Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in 3rd party service supplier quality audits and routine quality meeting to drive supplier performance improvement.
Coordinate with cross functional (Local & Global) teams to address full chain quality challenges.
Act as key member of global engineering network and to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements

5. Quality culture & Development
Form and drive the whole department quality culture at all levels.
Conduct regular quality awareness training to reinforce a "quality-***" culture within engineering teams.

Qualifications
1.   Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of quality management.
Preferred certifications: Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ISO9001:2015 Auditor.
2.   Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives.
Excellent communication and project management skills to drive quality improvement projects to completion.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
3.   Personal Attributes
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
