As the role of Senior UI Developer for edge technologies in our center in India, you will work in domain of RTOS and will be part of diverse team of talented Embedded developers, Leads, Architects, Test engineers, Scrum Masters, DevOps engineers, and more. You will work with Leads to set your priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones. Your contribution to group will be part of a global organization focused on providing reusable technology platforms and services to Eaton product teams. He/She is Efficient and takes Accountability to assigned charter which fits in to overall Goals of Embedded domain which comprise of embedded software, connectivity, industrial networking and Internet of things (IoT) technologies and solutions. **Qualifications:** We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior React.js Developer with over 6+ years of experience in building modern, high-performance firmware applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js and JavaScript,Serernityjs and playwright with reactjs having strong focus on frontend performance, UI/UX best practices, and scalable architecture. • Develop responsive, high-quality firmware applications using React.js • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, firmware developers, and product teams • Optimize components for maximum performance across hardware devices and browsers • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services • Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed • Stay current with new trends and best practices in React.js and JavaScript • Contribute to team's technical growth and guide junior engineers. • Participate in all PI/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives. • Active collaboration with cross functional team to ensure requirement, module integration, testing and cybersecurity alignment. **Skills:** • Master's / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation/ IT Engineering from an accredited institution required. • Overall 6+ years of experience, preferably building modern, high-performance firmware application for the UI/UX domain • 6+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js and JavaScript • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming • Hands on experience on framework like Serernityjs and palywright with reactjs • Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite • Experience with ReactJS/Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) Familiarity with TypeScript • Exposure to unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library • Hands-on experience in UI automation and testing • Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and web standards • Familiarity with version control systems like Git • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolio is a plus • Ability to resolve issues that impact deadlines; moving rapidly to meet the demands of a fast-growing company. • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers. • Results-oriented and demonstrated record of developing initiatives that impact productivity. • Proactive and solutions-oriented with experience working in ambiguity. • Problem Solving - uses digital technology and processes to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
