Job Summary: To play major role in design, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of Quality Management System
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct internal and project audits, investigate nonconformances, implement corrections, and close audit findings. Prepare business processes for quality management system certification / surveillance audits, facilitate external audit, coordinate external audit finding closure. Developing/updating quality management system local work instructions of business processes. Support developing global work instructions. Contribute to implementation, documentation and execution of the Quality Management System including QA/QC system across company and suppliers/fabricators. Advise quality manager on client's QA/QC concerns, investigate product issues, propose/implement corrective actions for resolution. Provide quality management system related recommendations to pursuits/proposal business process during tendering stage Perform management reviews & coordinate closure of review actions. Perform prequalification assessments of suppliers/fabricators and also suppliers/fabricator QMS audits. Ensure satisfactory closure of audit findings & update approved vendor list. Supervise suppliers/fabricator quality performance and provide feedback for quality developments to suppliers/fabricator. Monitor, Compile, Analyze and report quality objectives like Cost of Quality, project execution happiness survey, post-delivery quality, etc. Support in regular updating of Quality roles & responsibilities, proficiency matrix, training plans, training records, risks, opportunities etc. Optimally percolate global quality Initiatives in respective execution centers & contribute in continuous improvements.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum Qualification – Diploma or bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Electrical, E&TC engineering or related 8 to 11 years of validated experience in quality. Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication, EPC/3rd party certification agency. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Management Representative experience will be an added advantage Demonstrate personal dedication to safety and quality Proficient in MS Office, word & data analysis etc. Well conversant with National and International Codes / Standards related to material, NDE, Welding, Coating etc. Auditor certification in ISO14001/ISO45001 is an additional advantagePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: -
