Requires Master’s degree in Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or a closely-related engineering field and 3 yrs experience: designing process control technology (PCT) systems for chemical and/or industrial facilities; generating PCT P&IDs, loop drawings, schematics, functional specifications and/or instrument specifications; conducting automation validation & qualification; developing process control strategies; building automation & safety systems and industrial control networks; working with low, medium and/or high-voltage electrical systems; adhering to national & international standards for process control, low voltage electrical and instrumentation, including NFPA, NEC and/or IEC61511; participating in capital projects, including project planning, scheduling, cost control & contract development; writing technical & scope documents for project execution; providing field support for & participating in the check-out, commissioning and start-up of process control installations; working as part of cross-functional engineering teams; communicating technical information to management, engineering & design stakeholders and vendors; and using Delta V Systems and Rockwell PLCs. Will also accept Bachelor’s in said field & 5 years progressive post-Bachelors stated experience. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of St. Louis, MO up to 4 days per week. Up to 25% U.S. & int’l travel req’d. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $126,000.00 to $145,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
