Wood India Consulting division is currently recruiting for a Senior Automation Hardware Engineer with PCS7 experience to support on key projects for our Systems Integration (SI) team in the UK.   

This role will be based out of our Chennai office.   

The Role   

The Senior Automation Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the initial design and selection of components through to supervising and supporting the actual build. You will join a team of multi discipline experts, supporting exciting projects across high-profile clients within Woods Digital Consulting business.   

As a Hardware Engineer, you will have the expert knowledge to assist in the implementation of a variety of projects, specialising in the hardware design of the automation controls.   

 This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Hardware engineer with a positive and proactive approach to ensuring continuous improvements, customer satisfaction and safety performance, who is looking for a role that provides technical challenges and variety.

Within our teams we integrate client source systems across their IT, Operational Technology (OT) environments, securely pushing OT data into IT systems as a foundation for transformation.
