Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ASCM Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize our organization's supply chain operations and drive cost savings.

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectivesLead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage complex contract negotiations with vendorsAnalyze market trends, supply chain risks, and opportunities to inform procurement decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement processesManage vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreementsUtilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insightsImplement and maintain best practices in procurement policies and proceduresStay current with industry trends and ASCM standards to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain managementProven track record in strategic sourcing and category managementStrong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor managementProficiency in data analysis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExpertise in global sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction strategiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
