Strong Knowledge on engine systems( Cooling, lube or fuel systems)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently on cost reduction, continuous improvement projects
Ability to do basic engineering calculation, TSA and BJA
Ability to work on concept /detailed designs
Ability to interpret FEA results and take decisions
Basic knowledge of engine validation
