Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Sr.Engineer Manufacturing & P who is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, develop new technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Monitor, Investigate and resolve Process issues   Own and lead Productivity improvement. Create rolling capacity forecast and action plan to meet the demand Lead Value stream mapping (VSM /MIFA) process for the value stream Carryout periodic cycle time study and capacity revisit Identify & lead process automation/ I4.0 projects Carryout periodic shopfloor audit to ensure process standards  Create, review periodically and maintain manufacturing documentation including PFMEA, Control plan, work instructions and standard operating procedures. Lead ECN change implementation activities related to Production / shopfloor in PLM Own and lead manufacturing change approval in PLM after validating the changes in production environment Maintain BOM for the product Create and maintain shop floor layouts, tools and fixture CAD drawings Support new product development activities Own Facility requirements for production Background & Skills

Bachelor of engineering with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing & PT Experience in lean manufacturing systems Experience in Industrial engineering Hands on in PLM Hands on in AutoCAD / Creo Experience in SAP Experience in ECN implementation Experience in New product development Experience in Process Automation & I4.0 Good in team handling, communication and presentation
