As a PKI Analyst, you will be part of a team who is responsible for the certificate lifecycle management, including compliance with security standards and industry’s best practices for PKI. You will work with application and infrastructure systems owners to ensure timely provisioning and installation of SSL certificates.

Working knowledge in many of the following industry standard technologies for this role, including:
2-5 years of experience in Certificate Lifecycle Management tools such as Venafi, ServiceNOW TLS Manager, or Sectigo Certificate ManagerBasic understanding of security protocols and standards, including X.509, PKCS, SSL/TLS, and related cryptographic technologiesBasic understanding of PKI concepts, including digital certificates, cryptographic algorithms, key management, and certificate lifecycle managementWorking experience with Public Certificate Authorities (CAs) such as Sectigo, DigiCert, Let’s Encrypt, or Amazon CAExperience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA AlignCloud Technologies (Amazon Web Services (AWS) Core Services, Terraform, Security Groups, Jenkins)Basic understanding of networking topics/troubleshootingAbility to identify opportunities for efficiencies within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Development of Talent Community through mentoring/buddy system and classroom trainingStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and oral language skillsOutstanding customer service skills and dedication to customer satisfactionExcellent documentation skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to accommodate flexible work schedulesAbility to handle “crisis” situations that require critical thinking, problem definition and diagnosis skillsAbility to speak confidently with Developers, Engineers, and ManagementCertifications in any of the following: ITIL, CC, CCSP, VSA, SSCP
You will
Manage the entire lifecycle of digital certificates, from issuing and renewing to suspending and revokingWork with application teams and service owners to ensure timely renewal and accuracy of installed certificate locationsDiagnose and resolve issues related to PKI systems, including certificate errors and authentication failuresProviding support to users on PKI-related matters, such as obtaining certificates, installation and using PKI-enabled applicationsCreating and maintaining documentation for PKI systems, procedures, and policiesEnsure processing of certificate renewals are processed within specified SLAsParticipate in and drive resolution in Outage calls where PKI Certificates are a potential causeImprove current automation related to certificate lifecycle management
