AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer - ECU Virtualization **Your Impact** + Develop virtual ECUs (vECUs) using appropriate simulation platforms and technologies. + Integrate vECUs with plant models to enable virtual testing of embedded software. + Enable Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing workflows to validate ECU software functionality. + Provide virtual environments to support calibration engineers in performing parameter tuning and validation. + Collaborate with embedded platform engineers to ensure behavioral consistency between virtual and physical ECUs. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. + Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong intercultural communication skills for working in global, cross-functional teams. + Experience using MathWorks tools (MATLAB, Simulink) for model-based design, integration, and simulation commonly used in virtual ECU workflows. + Hands-on experience with virtual ECU development environments and a solid understanding of embedded vehicle networks and real-time operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR, RTOS, Linux). + Proven ability to lead the team as-well-as work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively in distributed develop **Your Benefits** + GLOBAL DIVERSITY – Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations – even variety in our roles.
