Introduction

ESD and latchup development engineer to work on RF technologies developing novel ESD device solutions.  Position will include customer interface/support, defining/implementing ESD and latchup test structures, characterizing and modeling ESD devices and producing ESD design guides used to support customers.

RF ESD device development and characterization in 180~28nm RF CMOS/SOI technology

ESD device compact modeling

ESD reference guide creation

Customer support for ESD inquiries

ESD device TCAD simulation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Master in Electronic Engineering + More than 2 years industry experience 

Ph.d degree in Electronic Engineering 

Good Team player

Working in Singapore
