The Senior Engineer, IdM. & Cloud Hosting is responsible for maintaining identity management platform along with Hyper-V and AWS based hosting solutions. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Hosting and is part of the ERP oOs & Hosting department withing Pall IT, l ocated in Pune, India and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Design and maintain enterprise-wide IAM systems for secure access and user lifecycle management + Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Visual Basic, and C# for operational efficiency + Implement and manage authentication protocols including LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos + Lead cross-functional collaboration to enforce IAM policies, support audits, and manage projects + Administer Active Directory and Hyper-V servers, ensuring performance, security, and reliability The essential requirements of the job include: + A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 10+ years managing Active Directory and on premise physical and virtual Hyper-V servers. + Proficiency in PowerShell, Visual Basic, SQL and C# + Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis, knowledge of data privacy regulations, industry compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies + Strong knowledge of LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos + Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining IAM systems.
