Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Engineer in North Haven, CT. Duties: * Senior Engineer will serve as technical lead on major bridge design, rehabilitation, and inspection projects * Lead and provide oversight of structural analysis, load ratings, plan production, and specifications * Guide the development and QA/QC of engineering deliverables to meet client and regulatory expectations * Interface directly with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders * Lead proposal development, project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting * As a Senior Engineer, you will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers * Oversee field investigations, structural evaluations, and forensic assessments * Stay current on industry standards, including AASHTO LRFD, AREMA, and emerging innovations in bridge design and construction
