**Country:** Hong Kong **Location:** Unit 901, 9/F, 8 Lam Chak Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong **Role Responsibilities:** + Prepare tenders and quotations + Supervise installation & maintenance and A&A works + Co-ordinate and communicate with customers, sub-contractors and front line staff on site + Co-ordinate, arrange and supervise installation, maintenance works, repairing works, renovation and A&A works **Role Purpose:** + Build strong relationships with existing customers + Explore market opportunities + Contribute revenue growth + Identify opportunities to reduce cost & improve efficiency **Minimum Requirements:** + Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent + At least 6 years of relevant work experiences in MVAC installation. + Site & installation experience is highly preferred. + Proficient in PC knowledge including MS EXCEL / WORD Applications + Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
