Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do **Responsibilities:** + Design and develop custom, reusable Lightning Web Components to enhance the user interface and provide seamless experiences for end-users. + Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, quoting, and product configuration processes, ensuring they meet client needs. + Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement seamless data exchanges between Salesforce, CPQ, and third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, utilizing APIs and integration tools. + Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that incorporate LWC, CPQ, and integration capabilities to address those needs. + Configure Salesforce and CPQ, implementing custom solutions like product rules, pricing strategies, and integrations that streamline business processes and improve efficiency. + Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver solutions that meet business goals and enhance the user experience. + Develop test plans and perform rigorous testing for LWC components, CPQ configurations, and integrations to ensure functionality, scalability, and quality of the solutions. **Qualifications:** + At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on LWC, CPQ, and system integrations. + Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Consultant certification are preferred. + Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, CPQ configuration (pricing, quoting, product rules), Apex, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). + Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and how Salesforce CPQ and integrations can optimize business operations. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team, mentoring junior team members and leading client-facing interactions. + A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
