**Core Responsibilities**
+ Contributeto the development, operation, and maintenance of scalable solutions for Model Production site.
+ Support exploring and learning emerging technologies andmethods, anddiscovering new opportunities for our platforms.
+ Participate actively in fostering an outstanding engineering culture with a focus on good craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
+ ApplyDevSecOpsprinciples: "You build it - you own it" (and run it) with an emphasis on secure code and security by design.
+ Collaborate with internal partners to drive solutions and deliver value.
+ Support the transformation journey as we move from legacy systems to modern digital platforms.
+ Brings an agile, adaptable attitude and helps the team navigate the complexity of our ongoing ERP transformation, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

As a senior Software Engineer in our Model Production Product team, you will playan important rolein the digital transformation of our Model Production worldwide. The goal of this transformation is to implement up-to-date tools and processes, replacing outdated IT systems. This is an opportunity to help co-create the digital landscape of an entire business unit and lay the foundation for its future success, whilemaintainingand supporting current systems, ensuring their stability and continued functionality.
**Do you** **have** **what it takes?**
The ideal candidate has experience in software development with a deep understanding of enterprise systems, using modern, scalable solutions like C#, .NET, followingDevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices. Furthermore, we hope to see:
+ Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks,cloudand the corresponding services.
+ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, modern deployment workflows, automated testing, monitoring, and logging to ensure system stability and performance.
+ An agile mentality with the ability to adapt to changing environments, such as ERP transformation programs.
+ Experience with SAP configuration.
+ Comfortable working with SAP experts and business teams, translating processes into scalable technical solutions that integrate with or complement SAP.
+ Good communicationand leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and functional partners, with solid business insight.
+ A deep curiosity for continuous learning, innovation, with a strong willingness to help others grow, fostering a culture of sharing knowledge and technical excellence.
+ A proactive approach in providing feedback and recognizing when others doa good job, as well as leading an inclusive engineering culture.
+ Understanding of Production Planning (PP), Project Systems (PS) and Materials Management (MM) modules, preferably in S/4HANA.
**Bonus skills:**
+ Experience with Frontend technologies like React and Node.js.
+ Experience integrating with off-the-shelf enterprise software solutions, including data processing systems.
+ Experience in integrating analytics solutions and data tracking.
