**Work Schedule** Standard Office Hours (40/wk) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** We are looking for a **Senior Engineer** to join our **Directory Services and Identity & Access Management (IAM)** team. This role is critical to designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable authentication services across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in IAM and directory services, a strong background of successful project delivery, and the ability to work across global teams and customers. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures across enterprise platforms. + Handle directory infrastructure including **Active Directory, LDAP, secure LDAP, SSO** , and federation technologies. + Lead implementation of key initiatives such as **multi-factor authentication** and **password-less authentication** strategies. + Ensure high availability and reliability of IAM services across both **on-premises and cloud environments** . + Collaborate with **cybersecurity, engineering, operations** , and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. + Support vendor and technology evaluation related to IAM solutions. + Communicate the value and impact of IAM and Directory Services to customers at global, regional, and functional levels. **Qualifications** + **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + **Proven experience** in IT, with a strong focus on IAM and directory services. + Proven success in leading and delivering challenging identity and access projects. + Technical proficiency in **LDAP, Active Directory, SSO** , and related security technologies. + Experience with **cloud-based IAM** platforms such as **Azure AD** and **AWS IAM** is preferred. + Ability to implement **large-scale multi-factor authentication** solutions. + Strong understanding of IAM trends, frameworks, and implementation practices. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
